Jane and knut are so professional, helpful, and knowledgeable with there business. They made purchasing a soft tub so easy. Any questions or issues they take care of you. We just purchased our first Softub and it was an incredible experience working with BayTubs! They were so patient with us, and answered so many of our questions, and explained everything to us, never trying to push the sale upon us. The product speaks for itself! It was delivered to our home, and they stayed to help us set it up, teaching us how to use the products and chemicals. It was an easy process, and we couldn't be happier!!

Both Knut and Jane were extremely professional in identifying and rectifying the issue in an extremely short time scale, going above and beyond, enabling us to once again enjoy our Softub. Thank you!

One of the best investments I've ever made. Bought it years ago and it is still going strong. Jane and Knut are always so helpful and very quick to assist you. Their shop is lovely and easy to get to. They go above and beyond to help their customers. I would highly recommend buying a softub from them. You cannot go wrong. They are both knowledgeable and have an amazing customer service. You guys are rock!
