I love this petsmart. Great staff with knowledge of what they sell.When asked questions they went on the internet and checked because they weren't sure. To me taking the time to help their customers and then an extra step makes them a 5 star store.

The groomers here are wonderful. Especially Amanda T she always takes excellent care of our Beagle Henry when he comes in for his bath and nail trim.

Their groomers need more training in handling dogs appropriately and in dealing with customers. The groomer, A. T. was very Defensive and Rude when I asked her why she did a POOR JOB with my dog. Dogs can sense/smell negative energy and emotions from people. I felt that negativity coming from this groomer. She lacked professionalism. I'M VERY UNHAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE.

Found some stuff I was looking for. Staff seems juvenile, untrained & not interested in doing anything other than bare minimum. I was surprised with a lack of options when it comes to cat food. I will go back to ordering from Amazon.

First time going to Petsmart grooming for complete cut & bath for our pups! Everything was great from the friendly Steph on the phone when I called with questions, drop off was great, Heather R. & Meaghan D were helpful and welcoming! We discussed expectations and style of cut for the pups. I was sent a text when they were ready! The pups did very well and they looked so cute!!I’m very happy with our first experience!!Thank you !!

Went in with my friends dog and the employees were great. One employee helped me get the harness on the dog so I didn't have to alone (she's big). Great prices and love using coupons from the app

Very clean store and great customer service, kind staff. A bit pricey imo. They have small animals, fish, birds and cats available for adoption. Great selection of clothes for you dog. Pretty much anything you need for a pet is available here.

Thank you for giving our kitties the best care! Athena (black, previous name Cateah) and Tavi (orange, previous name Jerry) are the best of friends who love doing everything together. We adopted Athena at Pet Smart last year, and Tavi was recently adopted last month - they are bonded and loving life. It's nice to have staff at Pet Smart to save the day for Tavi on his adventure today :)

Quite happy w my experience there, even if my dog wasn't pleased. Lol .. He'll get over it. Girls were attentive to him and worked w him and a few of his quirks. I forgot to mention his dislike of the dryer, so he was towel dried. After he was skunked she bathed him twice mich time his displeasure. The skunk smell was greatly reduced, not gone, but not nauseating anymore.
