I'm a Broker with Royal LePage Connect Realty and signed on here when I was first licensed. The management team is excellent! We work long hours and over weekends, and any time I need feedback or advice, they're always available. My colleagues are amazing and we find ways to work together and support each other. I'm proud to call this office and Royal LePage Connect Realty my real estate home!

Sorry to say but I will never again hire this agency. I used them in July last year and they sourced out/screened my tenant who signed a year lease. I paid their regular fees which in today's market are bigger than someone's monthly salary. Tenant moved out this April braking the lease. I am now finding out that other agencies/brokerage clearly specify in their contract that if tenant moves out earlier, they will find a new tenant at no charge. That's not the case with Royal Lepage so please hire someone else to find you a good tenant and look after your interest and not just their own. I know I have to find a good broker right now but certainly will not recommend this one.

I've dealt with a few members of this brokerage for various needs and projects over the past few years and all I can say is, wow! How did one place end up with so many great people? I was there recently for a meeting with an agent and everyone I passed greeted me with a smile and a hello. Also a very clean and modern office. I have always been treated well there from the moment I walk in the door. If you're a individual looking for a Realtor or an agent looking for a new brokerage, you can't go wrong here. I have nothing but the best to say about Connect Realty.

I have had the opportunity to use Royal Lepage Connect on 3 different occasions when selling and buying in my personal life and have also used them for a business venture when trying to secure office space -- each time I have received exemplary service that made the whole process stress-free. They go above and beyond to ensure their clients needs and wishes are of the utmost importance. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I couldn’t speak highly enough of of Rick Pecman and Rosana Russo. Rosana sold us our first house and continues to always be available for any questions I may have about real estate or really anything for that matter. When it came time to sell a rural family property Rosanna introduced us to Rick her partner at Royal LePage who was anything short of spectacular, he went well above his requirements when assisting our family threw the process of selling the property Which is located two hours Away from the Royal LePage office. In a modern day were everything is done threw email, Rick was glad to communicate in person making several trips to accommodate my mother who prefers face value and pen to paper communication. The property sold at top value while being listed exclusively in under two weeks. I will absolutely be requesting there service when the time comes for our next move. These are two top notch Individuals who clearly have a passion for Real estate and providing there clients with Top tear service.Rob.

Just had a negative experience with this company. I never really write reviews but this company was extremely unprofessional dealing with me and my agent. I was unable to make a complaint so I'm writing a review. I hope they don't treat all their clients the same way.
