Alan and his team are always a pleasure to deal with. They are punctual, efficient and great at troubleshooting and providing cost effective solutions. I’ve had a number of projects performed by ASA including a hot water tank replacement, furnace repair and air conditioner installation.

So I called to get a quote for ASA plumbing to come look at my toilet that’s draining slowly. I got quoted $220 as a “minimum call out fee” during regular business hours….where as the competition in this town does it for a quarter of the price. Steer very clear of this place. This is theft people.

Had issue with my furnace. I was referred to ASA plumbing and heating and spoke to Rob. I told him my issue and he suggested how I might be able to troubleshoot it myself. Unfortunately, his suggestion did not work. He was upfront with the potential cost of the callout as to avoid surprises.He passed by quicker than I expected. He was always courteous and professional. He repaired the furnace and stayed and observed the furnace for a period of time as to make sure the problem was actually solved and only left when everyone was satisfied. The cost of the repair was as he stated earlier- no surprises.I will definitely use their services again and refer others to them without any hesitation.

I wanted all the poly-b piping in my house replaced with Pex and a jacuzzi tub removed and, in its place, a new connection and drain for a washer and vent for a dryer installed. The men arrived precisely at 8 am on the said day. They were diligent workers, only stopping for a brief lunch break. They completed everything in just 3 days. The men were knowledgeable and pleasant. They left everything in spotless condition-not a speck of dust. And fair prices to boot!
