Like a jerk I roll in here at 5 minutes to closing on a Friday, after not finding the part I needed anywhere else. They helped me find what I needed, gave me some recommendations and sent me on my way. Stayed well past closing to make sure I was sorted. Really appreciated that level of service and I’ll do my best to come during regular hours next time (should be easier as it will be the first place I go!).

It's really nice location, there is enough space for big rig to turn around . 7-8 dock available & guys in side unloading is fast too. Employees are nice .

Replacement water heater was not delivered as promised after a week of waiting, no notification, no explanation, my plumber and I called multiple times, no one knew what happened, no tracking, no record of whether the order was processed or loaded on delivery truck, our calls were passed to multiple staff or voice message, no one called back, it went on for a week, so we had no hot water at home for 12 days, finally Frank and Ashley at B&G helped tracking it down and got it done. A very frustrating experience.

Never ever schedule a delivery from these guys.Messed up the delivery twice.Never call as per instructions or leave voicemail but they justify that they called.Get ready to get your stuff stollen because they leave it in front of the house and if you complain they will take it back to warehouse other than delivering it.

My Giant brand hot water tank was not working. The possible remedies from error lighting code were blocked lines or pressure switch wiring/tubing issues. After checking lines were not blocked, a plumber was called to see if there were any other issues. After the visit, issue could not be found and recommendation was to purchase a new tank. Since the error was around pressure switches and the system was working before...wiring and tubing was probably not an issue. I thought why not try to change out pressure switches. A qualified instrument technician can safely do this if correct parts obtained. I went to the store and forgot the serial number and model number of tank when asked. I asked if I come back with info, are parts available here. Another worker overheard and stepped in. He said I'm tired of homeowners coming in here asking for parts. We only like to deal with plumbers in fear of people incorrectly diagnosing symptoms and won't sell parts to homeowner due to safety concerns". I wasn't looking to do any plumbing work. It was to replace an electrical component. I pleaded my case that purchasing a new tank was extreme and that this was a logical step before going down the path of a new tank. He disagreed and said " the plumber was right to suggest a new tank because they know no maintenance is ever completed on tanks. My tank has lasted over 20 years and has just died. I completed maintenance and that's why it lasted for so long. Calgary is known for hard water and buildup can occur." He then accused me of not reading the maintenance manual and not completing maintenance
