West Edmonton Mall Toyota Service Department

I got struts replaced and one failed under 28000 kms which was replaced under warranty, but then again I had to do alignment and the boot and they will not cover and told they will give the boot at no cost, everything changed when it was time to pay. They demanded money for everything and will not honor what they said.. so if anyone at West Edmonton Mall Toyota offers something free to give make sure its getting recorder or else you will end up paying for everything..

Overheard interactions with customers and this is NOT a place I'd want to service my vehicle. Super snappy and dismissive. I've heard from a few people they've gone down hill since moving to WEM. Dissapointing.

Booked an appointment for a oil change and dismount, mount and balance tires. They said it would take 2 - 2.5 hours. Ended up taking 4.5 hours and they didn't wash my truck like other toyotas have in the past.

James and Alex, are you kidding me?? Last year I had the unfortunate experience of getting sideswiped on the road (pictures attached) and the body shops insisted they had to remove the doors and windows to get things repainted and fixed, quoting me over $3,000.Luckily, a simple inspection by coincidence led to a beautiful solution and result by the detailing team (pictures attached) for just $100.My jaw was wide open when I picked up my car since I didn't understand how it was all possible. Feel free to shoot me a message and I would love to take you guys out for dinner to thank you again.

Things are running a bit slower now, but it is Covid precautions, not the fault of the service department. Mayfield staff is courteous, professional and my vehicle was ready within 10 minutes of the estimated time. Cannot ask for more than that!! Only thing I miss is the exterior clean that used to be part of their service package. Otherwise, I trust this service department for honest assessments.

I just bought my first new vehicle from Mayfield Toyota, and it was an incredible experience all around. The staff is professional, communicative, and friendly. My Product Advisor, Hassan Fawaz made buying a vehicle stress-free. He was trustworthy, kind, and truly went above and beyond to ensure that I had an excellent customer experience. Thank you so much Hassan. Also, the Financial Services Manager, Tracy, was amazing to work with. Her personal touch, energetic attitude, and expert advice made financing my first vehicle much less stressful. Had my service appointment for stabilizer bar link replaced last June 1st. Left my sunglasses in my car as where I usually do on the sunglass holder. When service done and drove on my way home noticed that my sunglasses (Hugo Boss) was missing on the holder . 100% sure I left it in my car cause that’s my on the go glasses when I’m driving. Called the customer service and they told me that they will call me back after their investigation but never receive any call from them. Called them twice. This is my first time I lost an item/stuff in my car since I’ve been with Toyota in 2019. Got my car from their old location in Mayfield and now moved at WEM. I’m disappointed of what I experienced this time! Hope they will take action on this matter.

I’ve bought my cars here for over 10 yrs. They are busy but very good service.

Whenever I call to book an appointment it’s very rare I get someone who’s happy and inviting. A lot of the time I get very rude and rushy impatient women on the phone who make me feel like I’m wasting their time. I have been a mayfield customer since 2013 and drive over an hour to my appointments. I am at the point where I only come because of my oil change program and I have a much better above and behind service at my local fountain tire.
