Ezcape Spa & Wellness

I came for a long awaited pedicure after recently having a baby. I had Vivian as my provider, and she was truly excellent. She was very attentive & effective to my feet. She was friendly yet wise enough to realize I needed to relax, so she gave me the space to do so. I've booked to come back in a month & I hope to see her again!

I have been a longtime fan of Ezcape Spa, but had Raquel for the first time yesterday for a haircut and she was amazing!I had a very specific idea of how I wanted my hair cut and layered, I brought in pictures, and she did exactly what I had asked for. With a cup of tea, cookies, and a smile!It’s a rare thing when I get away from the family to treat myself and she made it a wonderful experience. I didn’t want to leave! With the added bonus of an absolutely fabulous head massage. I have been getting over three days of migraines, and I can’t tell you how badly needed that was. I always highly recommend Ezcape, and now I add Raquel to my list of favourite things about it!

To the owner of the spa. I would like to say to my esthetician Vivian Chami for all the fine service she provides her professionalism, the excellent care , courteous, all her advices for product to use my time spent with her are beyond words . Vivian is one of a kind ! (Spectacular) thank you

Hi Ezcape Spa,I've been coming to this spa since it opened and normally it is a 5/5 review, however this one, unfortunately, is a 2/5. I came in for a one hour back massage with an esthetican. I have done this before at this Spa and have always had a good experience. I also had a head massage and a foot treatment on the same day. I had originally booked the appointment with one esthetican whom I knew would be a good fit for me, primarily gentle. However when I arrived I had another esthetican who has done my waxing before and so I knew she had a quick and get it done technique as she has been doing it for years. I wasn't advised on the change. During the massage she was using very hard pressure which hurt. This lasted for the entire duration of my appointment. The environment is always the best at Ezcape but unfortunately this one time just wasn't a perfect score.Many thanks.

I love coming here, the atmosphere and service are amazing. The minute I walk through the doors, I immediately relax, leaving any stresses etc outside!!!

Had my first appointment for a 30 minute massage today with Stacey. Omg, this woman is incredible! I have constant pain in my shoulders, elbows and hands and I've never felt more relaxed. I prewarned her that I was anxious and would likely be talkative and she kept right up and made me feel extremely comfortable. I booked my next appointment the second I walked in the door at home. The spa itself was gorgeous, calming colours and sounds. Highly recommend ezcape and Stacey!

My second appointment with Jenny for my pedicure my best experience, the massage was amazing and relaxingIt is definitely the best place where you can pamper yourself super nice and super clean , absolutely recommend this beautiful SpaLOVE EZCAPE SPA

Gabriella did my pedicure and it's honestly one of the best I've had. She took her time and I walked away with soft and beautifully painted toes. The atmosphere was great. No loud chit chat...I could close my eyes and relax in the massage chair without background noise or chatter. Front staff is very welcoming. Already booked my next appt with her and recommend to my friend. Thank you!
