RONA Abbotsford

I drove across our city to find some garden items and find a planter base roller round. I stopped to enquire at the pay shack near the out side where garden sprayers ect were located. No one around so went inside. Told by staff girl, check out side way on other side might have some? Drove around building, saw a employee f. smoking must of been her brake. Waited till fork lift employee finished and asked him. Said he did not work here to ask person inside till. I walked inside and she paged some one. No one came in 10 min, tried again inside, paged, waited 15 min no one came to help me. Saw employee outside I guess on break? Went to pay for a brick at pay shack. I hate coming to this Rona on South Fraser Way as terrible service, out of supplies, or just no one helps you. Numerous times, bad customer service! Of all hardwood supply stores, garden supplies I have had the worst service here yet in our city. Will not come here again! (longbeach).

Really an odd set up at this location.. also the staff didn’t really point me in the right direction or seem to even know what i was talking about (trimmer line and loppers). Very run down feeling but better than nothing if you need supplies.

Possibly the worst customer service experience ever. Can you give no stars?Tried returning something with my receipt and was given an arrogant response from the manager that I couldn’t return it because of bc water regulations. He tried telling me to go use the website to figure it out.Oddly he ended up returning it for me after arguing with me about how I wasn’t listening to him.Rona, I highly suggest you do some customer service training. I will never come back to this store, I don’t support bad service and am shocked the manager thought is was acceptable to argue with me while telling me I wasn’t listening to him.

Great location and the store is quite nice, the associates are always fantastic and know what they are talking about. I store is a bit small but they can't change that.

very bad experience not good people..i have vip account every day i brought many things but today i brought toilet fill valve.after install leak i sent my son to exchange they don’t want ..say after use can’t exchange .if product have defected why didn’t exchange have to call manufacturers company but this my mom with washroom how can ..now i brought another one from canadian tire but they have different policies

Horrible place to shop if you actually need help finding something. Every person that works here is here literally to stock shelves or do cash registers. I asked 4 different people for help and they said oh I don't know maybe this aisle

Good location and store is well laid out. I always find the prices competitive. I always go out to Costco for a weekly shop and I find that Rona is a great store to stop it on the way.this location is well stocked with the staff is very friendly and helpful.I always find what I am looking for and are very happy as I have completed some good projects around the house.I always make sure to check for sales as this can really help save a few dollars on the bill..

Customer service is absolutely horrible. Harambe the red headed cashier was so rude! Learn your policies on returns. You made a fool out of yourself and wasted my time. 2 stars because the manager got involved and promptly rectified the matter.

Used to be good. The plumbing section is a field of broken dreams. Every time you come they dont have what you need anymore. 3/4 pex plug. Nope. Hangers. Nope. Pex collars. Nope. Don't come here if you spring a leak in the middle of the night.

Skip this store, I've gone in multiple times and walk out empty handed. There is zero staff to help at this location, and the knowledge simply isn't there. They also have a very poor selection on materials. It's a great location and I'm sure it will be replaced soon.
