Extremely poor service. Had booked an appointment for my son’s first haircut and asked them prior if they can handle kids, they say they will book a professional. Hairstylist was making faces while my son was crying. She even asked us, if he is ur own kid?? And also says, it is difficult to cut his hair if he is not cooperative.. how baby can be cooperative ?? Why they appoint someone who can’t understand kids and their feelings? Not suggest to take ur kids there.

Kelii was an absolute wonderful person and stylist very comfortable conversation. And he does not BS HE WANTS YOU FEELING AND LOOKING YOUR FABULOUS SELF I MADE A new friend and stylist I would go back to anyway please book with him you will not be disappointed ❤️ thank you kelli

Went in to get my hair styled for an event. The stylist did a great job and I was happy. The front desk however was quite rude. When I called on the phone to book I was told $50 or possibly a bit more if it takes over an hour. Appointment was 25 minutes. When I went to pay I was charged $70. Confused I said I was told around $50 on the phone. I spoke with the associate who booked the appointment and I said I was told $50 on the phone. She kept saying “I wouldn’t say that.” As if I’m making up the price. After checking the price she confirmed that the appointment I booked was $53 as I didn’t request the stylist and she did in fact tell me $50 on the phone. Be up front with your prices…No apology and staff seemed annoyed with the questions. Will not be back.

This is not your place for anything hair related. Every time when I am there, someone is crying at the chair, and 5 people- staff members are around the person, trying to figure out what to do!!!!!Oh, and if you book appointment, you are never sure if someone will call to try and reschedule it, because overbooking.Yes, I have been there multiple times and yes my hair after having hilights was breaking… not my place anymore!!!!I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!

Maili made my haircut experience absolutely amazing. She paid attention to all details and was very friendly and patient with my long thick hair! Her work was amazing, fast, and her blending was the best I've seen done on my hair ever. The other staff were very kind as well. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you!

I went to chatters with a specific hair style in mind. When I showed the stylist the picture he said that that style would take to long. I pointed to the picture on the wall and he tried to replicate that style. I guess he thought he nailed it. Couple of hours later half my style lost its curl. I should have insisted on what I originally wanted but the stylist wanted to finish quickly.

Definitely unhappy with the haircut I received. I asked for a trim and layers. Jay styled it really nicely but after I washed my hair, I can see how terrible of a job he did. I look like I have a rat's tail and he cut my hair while parted on one side. Layered hair is not the same as just cutting someone's hair so unevenly. My hair has a lot of volume so now I can see that one side is so much thicker than the other. It's a mess. I left the salon happy thinking he did an awesome job but I was in tears when I realized how my hair actually turned out. When I get it fixed I'll be left with even shorter hair. My go-to lady does not work for Chatters anymore but I thought I'll still go because it's never been this bad.UPDATE: I returned to the salon to ask for a refund and the ladies were so understanding because they saw how bad my hair turned out. I will be not returning and will just drive downtown to visit Maryum at her new workplace.

Maryam S. used to do my hair 10 years ago. She moved away and I was never able to find someone do do my hair like she did. Well.. she’s back. Cried happy tears. She is the best hairdresser I have ever had- my hair is thick, coarse, curly and coloured.She makes it look fantastic. I always get tons of compliments on my hair and the style lasts until you wash it. ( I only wash my hair every 10 days or so). I don’t know what else to say other than she is the absolute best, and I’m so glad she’s back. ❤️
