Not happy with the service at all plus your sales rep Simran was not polite, she talks loud and need better training at serving customers for sure. My issue is not resolved yet been over a month had to pay extra to keep the billing cycle going. Must say Doreen was really helpful and kind but it was not in her hands to resolve it.

Went to The Source to get plans for 3 family members. Getting there I was helped by Taha. He quickly set up all 3 plans in a matter of just a few minutes. And he did all that still picking up the shop phone and assisting colleagues. The definition of multi-tasking!

No stars for me. I ordered a Samsung TV online at night hoping to pick it up in the morning. While ordering online, I made sure that there is in stock at the store in Masonville Mall. I received a confirmation and the 1 hour* free pick up. I checked any emails from the store the morning after but received none. I called the store at around 3:00 PM since I have not received any emails that my order is ready for pick up. I called the store and spoke to someone and I was told that he sees my order and he will prepare it for me and was advised I will receive an email when my order is ready for pick up. 2 hours later and no email received, I went to the store myself to check and was hoping my order is already ready and I can just pick it up. Voila, I was told that the tv is not in stock and that it may be delivered to the store in 2-3 business days. And minutes after, I received an email that my order was cancelled. To add insult to injury, the 3 store employees told me they can't do anything and that these situations happen without any attempt to try and look for alternatives. Me and wife were the ones suggesting to them to check other stores and see if we can go and pick it up there. I am hoping I could speak to someone at higher management to make sure that this is looked into. If you put online that it's in stock and can be picked up at the store, it should be the case.. ALWAYS! I would understand situations may arise but it would be best to inform the customer in advance. I have all my services with Bell and I am really disappointed with my experience.

I would gladly talk about staff members and specially, manager- Mr. Xavier & Molik; are supportive and honest while dealing. The management is the best.They try their best of their abilities to help customers and provide enough information which might be missed out.Happy shopping from there.

I went there to pick up my online order. I was attended by Tarek and Kyle. When I told them I am there to pick up my order that I paid for online, they simply refused that this kind of service existed. When I showed them the email on my phone Tarek attempted to hold my phone without asking. I assertively told him not to touch it (Covid and all). He immediately changed his tone and started behaving rude. After that he tried to do the same thing with my ID, and rudely said that he need to see my ID while holding it. I refused and showed him my license myself. While handing me the order, he touched the boxes all around just to irritate me. I asked him to put them in the bag and he said he will have to charge me for it and bag will be touched as well. That was the last straw and I immediately left the store. And all this happened in the presence of the manager of the store. Very disappointed with The Source.
