We contacted Garry to address an issue with some pesky starlings nesting in our bathroom vents. He did an awesome job by not only birdproofing all the entry points but also cleaning and repairing the damage they had done through the attic. He is friendly, professional and knows his trade. Gerry did a great job removing a large hornet nest. He was polite, professional and friendly. He arrived when he said he would and completed the necessary work efficiently. I would definitely use Gerry’s services again in the future.

We used Garry's services for some critters in our attic, he came twice (we paid both times) - once for a squirrel and then again for mice.He told me to contact him if the sounds persisted, and when I tried reaching him he said he would come in a day or two but then became completely unresponsive. I texted him 4 times and called him once and he did not respond a single response. 2 weeks later and still no response.I would suggest to use his services with caution as he lacks professionalism due to the lack of responses and, in my opinion, did not complete the job.I was patient enough to give him 2 weeks to contact us before posting this review and looking for someone else to deal with the critters as they were becoming annoying.Edit: having read the Garry's response, I will admit that it was unfair to say that his 2 visits were the bare minimum"
