What a gem of a store. It may be small but if you are looking for an honest quote and top quality service this is a good place to start. Seems to actually care about providing good customer service. Worth a visit. 11/10

Disappointed with this repair place. Deception and trying to cut corners and use inferior products yet still act like this is a surprise to them and charge high prices. The screen was an aftermarket cheap pos that was tinted more pink and raised up higher off the phone as well as the borders And charging way more than they should be. I shouldn't need to try to negotiate for a lower rate after an inferior replacement and clearly stating I was disassatified with their sub-par replacement. Asking to have my old broken phone screen back, having to wait another half hour, and still being charged 324-190=134 for just the charger port and to have a broken screen put back on that was still better than the garbage they choose to carry... disappointing and waste of time. Avoid.

Best place to fix your phone in Greater Victoria area. Fixed my Galaxy S8 with a broken mic in 10 mins. Got good quality phone case and a screen protector for a very good price. Professional yet very caring staff. The owner Sai is a very good person and has a gives out a very friendly vibe. Highly recommended for any sort of phone repairs.
