Great clinic and environment, friendly and understanding staff, but always seems to lose prescription refills. Can send a request two weeks in advance a few times and still not have it filled in time because they claim they never “received it.” Time after time it just gets annoying and shows their lack of organization regarding prescriptions.

Upon new and worsening symptoms I went to the walk-in hours to seek health advice. Nurse Nancy came into the room and immediately refused service and proceeded to threaten me with a speculum exam. I asked to speak to the manager, Daniel Peterson, who stated that “because he was not in the room he could make no comment” as to the treatment I received. I reached out to higher management on 3 difference occasions and received brush offs or no response. This organization receives funds to deliver health services to Indigenous peoples without delivering. There are No accountability mechanisms to ensure proper treatment of patients. AVOID THIS CLINIC.

Decent services but almost impossible to get prescription refills even when the requests are faxed over a week in advance. Having chronic illnesses and not receiving refills in time is a huge issue.

She is great she don’t F around lol. Listens to your concerns and finds the issues asap. Thank you kindly you’re an amazing woman.

Laksoo is the worst doctor ever. Her staff lies, bullies and then denies services or explanations.Laksoo is not any better. She's a liar and has no ethics at all as she allows this to happen.

I've been a patient at Mushkiki for almost 3 years and really like it. The providers have always been kind and compassionate with me, which is not the norm in healthcare. Sarah Gleeson (NP), in particular, is the best HCP I have ever had. She is empathetic, a great listener, and never makes me feel rushed. She works collaboratively with patients to meet their needs and provides them with options, which feels really empowering. Sometimes things seem to be a bit disorganized from an admin perspective, but they always make things right. Thanks to the team at Mushkiki for all that they do.
