This is an excellent LCBO very well stocked with great employeesVery helpful and warmThe beer store is really good hereFirst time picked some Italian beer and the second time some Sangria and a great red wineThe staff here is always warm and helpfulHowever couldn't find the Ceaser in a one litre black carton that I was looking for and is available in a few LCBO storesThe price in all LCBO s are always the same the difference being how well stocked it is and this is really good and well stocked and also excellent warm helpful employees!!Wish they would keep the 1 litre carton of Ceaser!!

When ever I go into Steeles and 410 store I made sure that Rita is working because she is friendly, very knowledgeable on the wines and various liquor. She has never provided me with anything that I didn't enjoy. She knows her stuff. She is very helpful and give me great suggestions. Liquor that goes with different kinds of foods or great drinks suggestions. She always makes her customers happy and very kind to who ever comes in the store. She remembers her regular customers names, I don't know how she does it. I saw a couple of reviews that painted her not nice. Those are unhappy and was rude to her by making rude comments and advances. She kept her composer and was very professional towards these customers that didn't have anything positive to say about her. She is fast at cash and greets her customers with a smile and ALWAYS in a friendly manner. If I could give her a 10 out 10 I would say a Big 10 for great customer service. Rita is very knowledgeable on every products in the store. She knows where everything are and can point you to them.

One of the very few LCBO's in Northwest Brampton, so it gets crowded around weekends. Selection is good here!

Why does it say you are open holidays. I wasted my time goin to one of ur stores because it says open. Whoever in charge should get a bottle over the head

Terrible experience today. Firstly, they charged me $3.3 extra for a bottle of wine which I didn't contest immediately because i was not 100% sure if I've seen pricing correctly. As soon as the payment went thru, i went back to the isle and saw that i was indeed right and they charged me more. Went back in line to wait for my turn again to ask $3.3 refund. When it was my turn i got to the different cashier and they told me that i need to go back to the one that originally charged me for the transaction (my only comment was that it makes 0% sense why they can't do it at this cash register). I went back to the original register and said this price issue is a disaster and it's happening too often (it happened 4time to me so far). When i said that, the cashier from the other register made repetitive comments: it's not our fault

Sometimes someone might miss what you have said. There is no reason to be rude for that. The other day I was there, I didn’t hear the cashier lady say that my payment went through. I kept trying to pay in the machine when she very rudely said that she has already told me that the payment is done. It is ok if you are having a bad day but don’t vent it out on someone else.

Super Helpful staff and great location. I was able to source a Vintage Bordeaux that I was searching for everywhere. Would recommend this location.
