I can't speak to the quality of the service because I couldn't get any. Over the past several weeks I have been trying to call to book an appointment as a new patient. The first time I tried the message said the office was closed for the week to give staff a break...ok I am good with that actually. I called another week at 2:15pm on a Friday (regular office hours open until 4pm) and the message says they have already closed for the weekend. It seems to me this office doesn't work very many hours in a week. Good for them but its cost them a new patient because I have no choice but to look elsewhere.

I have never been to a Dental Facility that I actually wanted to go back to until now. Dr. Darcy Bennett was very personable and it was almost like talking to a brother. His staff was incredible and friendly to say the very least. Cydnee was tremendous with very light hearted conversation going while I was there. Dr. Darcy Bennett is a wonderful dentist, (I have seen A LOT)! He is efficient, precise and knowledgeable. I seen Darcy for a second opinion. He saved my tooth and my pocket book. I highly recommend him and the whole entire team at Highwood Dental. The front desk professionals are kind and courteous. 5 star all around!

I am a patient of Dr. Darcy Bennett, and I am particularly impressed with the friendliness and kibitzing that I do with the front counter receptionists. I give the staff singing telegrams for their birthdays, even Dr. Bennett, and they have never thrown rotten fruits or vegetables at me yet, which is also very nice of them. The Best Dental office in High River, actually the BEST Dental office I have ever been too!From beginning to end it has been the most positive experience I've ever had at a dentist.The reception staff are knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. The Assistants and Hygienists are caring and thorough. Dr. Bennett has the most amazing bedside manner and takes his time with you. I never felt rushed, he makes you feel important.My only regret is I hadn't come sooner! They are OUTSTANDING! Great with children too.

My husband and I have been going to Highwood Dental for a few years now. Dr Darcy Bennett is very professional,approachable and Personable. He will only do treatment that is necessary, he takes the time to explain procedures and answer any concerns. His amazing work. His lovely staff wonderful friendly bunch of ladies they always make our visit enjoyable! Thanks Dr Bennett,Kim,Betty,Jamie,Tracy,Shannon, Verlaine, Erica and Heather. The dental office is clean and aesthetically pleasing. The reception staff are very kind and helpful and there was lots of toys and a movie to keep my children entertained in the waiting area. The dental hygenist did such a great job and was very kind and personable. Dr. Bennett did a few fillings and did such a great job as well as his assistant. He kept me informed of what I was to expect as he worked on my teeth. The staff are all fabulous and were also great with my children as well. I highly recommend Highwood Dental!
