Worst customer service. Guy opens the store late and never seen someone move so slow. When trying to pay, the guy behind the counter acted like i was bothering him.

Wanna purchase a cap and customize (embroidery) it. This is the place. Staff is awesome and helpful. They have a variety of caps to choose from. They also have jerseys of different teams. If your at Square one, you wanna visit Lids.

This Lids is in an extremely convenient location in Square one, but it has a very limited selection. The staff is extremely welcoming and they are always seen helping customers. But they never seem to have any small or medium sized hats for their fitteds. They only have bigger sizes like 8 or 7 3/8. It's also extremely small so browsing while it's busy can be extremely difficult. Overall, I still pass by when I come to Square one, but I do wish they had a better selection.

Purchased a blank Lids brand fitted and had it embroidered with one of their fonts. I am very happy with the final product. This item cost me $30 which I found to be reasonable, and the employee was helpful in assisting me with any questions I had. The only reason they dont get 5 stars is I find most of the other merchandise is overpriced unless you find a sale.

although the hats are nice and good quality, the last time i went there there was a dark skin girl, kinda big, who had attitude and when i asked to see the different fonts to stitch something she said, “i can but that’s too much work.” She seemed miserable the whole time it was really unprofessional and annoying. You applied for this job, you’re working, it’s your job. If you’re too lazy to walk two steps and use a computer find a desk job. She was strange and made the experience annoying

I came today looking for 2 hats for hubby for Father’s Day and the lady working today, forgot her name (Night Shift June 17) was super sweet and very helpful. I had no clue which hat to select and she found me exactly what I was looking for. I couldn’t wait till Sunday so I showed it to hubby at 12 am ☺️ He loved it very much !!!! Thank you!!!!

The staff are rude and unprofessional at the Erin mills town centre location.large man with glasses and died blond hair and Asian women.We attempted to look for some basketball jerseys for our son ask the staff for help and they said that they didn’t have any. Went to the other sports clothing store in the mall. We were speaking to the staff at that store and said he was just there at Lids and that they had bothered jerseys we asked about. Durant and the Greek freak. So never going back there service sucks.

Buyer Beware, Specially in square one location, terrible customer service, and very rude staff, they weren't really that interested in taking care of the customers ...I'd rather purchase a hat somewhere else.they have some good selections but overcharged prices
