Jake was excellent. First, he showed up on time. Second, while the raccoons had left the shed they'd been living in (at least temporarily) he helped me a lot by clearing the junk from the area they hid in, and spraying the area to deter further activity. Would absolutely recommend.

The person that came explained to us what he would do and showed us what he recommended gets done. He was very friendly and did a great job.

They do awesome job and very professional guys. Specially Justin whom I met personally looks very experienced. Appointments are also easily available. Their approach is to solve the animal problem for customers and do as much as they can for that. very Friendly people.

Brad Gates stepped in and picked up the ball when a previous company wasn't able to get a pesky raccoon out of our attic. Brad was professional, understanding, and did the job well, fixing the mistakes of the previous company. Shortly after hiring him, he got the raccoon out as promised. Much appreciated!

We've used Gates Wildlife twice; for sqirrels and birds getting into the soffits of our house. They were able to find the entry points and address the problems quickly and humanely. We found the company extremely responsive and Gates' personnel were very professional. I would trust them with any similar problem in the future.

Today I called Gates Wildlife Control and told them about a problem I was having with a raccoon that had shown up on my roof, right outside my bedroom window. Right away, they set up a time to send someone out to do an inspection, offering same-day service. I was very pleased with this because most of the other companies I called did not offer such quick service.Justin came and was pleasant and personable. He took me through each step of what he was doing so I would understand the process. He was very honest and did not try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge about the situation, which was refreshing since other companies had already done so when I called them. Justin's inspection did not take long and he provided me with easy-to-do prevention options that I could implement.
