Carly helped us find a place on a really tight deadline (2 weeks) and she had found us a place within days and for an awesome price! She was on top of all the documents and was very fast with everything. Still loving our views! Will definitely be recommending!

Carly made the appointments, showed me several different places on my tight and erratic schedule, dealt with the landlord, arranged all the documents... I could not imagine better service! I'm living in the place she helped me find and Carly will be the first call that I make when I decide to move again!

Carly was very helpful!!! I had 2 weeks to find a place downtown Toronto. She was very organized, professional and very good at comunicating throughout the entire process. She answered all my questions and kept me informed of important details reguarding the rental. I was very impressed with how quickly and efficiently she was responding to me as well. Carly helped me find a place downtown around August. It is extremely hard to find a decent place around that time in downtown Toronto/financial district due to high demands and multiple offers. She is very professional and efficient. Was able to get me the very first place I liked. Strongly recommend.
