Wanted to acknowledge great customer service from a young lady named Sky who was very courteous and knowledgeable. I looked all over store for particular item and when I asked her, she directly took me to item. I really appreciated her help in finding the item and in checking out. Thank you Sky!

Rating on new location at smart centre. Bigger store, lots of products, but was only running self service registers with no option for having a cashier do it. Very slow check out and will not go to this location due to fact there was no option for checking out.

Lots of things to buy, plenty in stock and well organized. The big problem is too many self checkouts and only one cashier.

not very many people in there had an easy time finding what I needed found a few things I didn't need and solved a lot of my issues very quickly and easily at this very easy to use store. I use the self check this most recent time and it worked pretty darn good I mean there was three to use and only one was working but still at least it was working well

Has mostly everything you need. Lacking some pet supplies that I used to be able to buy here. Example the flea collars can no longer find them but everything else Is great.

Some items are hard to scan and when you're forced to use a self check out even when you ask not to, then get stuck waiting for help for the items that don't scan its not fair to the customer or the employee. I get it, they have less staff in since the self checkouts so there will be a wait and I'm not going to be rude to staff that don't get paid near enough for the abuse some customers hurl at them. Do better Dollarama

This store always have a vast array of items that the Queen Street store doesn't have and the staff here are way more friendlier; they truly care about their customers by their actions. I don't care how far it is from my house, I'll keep going here to shop.

A woman was working there last night just talking to my 1 year old son at the cash she put her hand under the plexi glass and reached out to touch my son my fiance yelled at her about getting the manager turns out lady is the manager my fiance turned around and told her u need to respect social distancing yesterday that woman risked not only my fiances health and safety but our 1 year old sons healthy and safety she is not following covid rules

I am not a sheep and will not be forced into using their self checkouts which was the case yesterday when I visited. My opinion just another case of greed over customer service. Nothing unique there that I can't get at any other Dollar Store.
