And it can be for you too, if you are willing to change your habits and improving your life for the better. The program works if you follow it and listen to suggestions the coaches offer. It can be a struggle at times, but hey that's life". I've had my share of stuggles

This has been an exciting journey. The coaches have been incredibly helpful. I have tried every diet weightloss and exercise program out there and this is finally working for me. Just do what they tell you and you cant help but succeed. Thank you Ewyn you have changed my life. Mary Bezaire

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Yes it costs money to get healthy and lose weight these days! Cheaper to eat junk food but not good for you in the long run.The supplements do curb appetite and cravings. If you do what the coaches say you will lose weight. I like it because it is convenient to weigh in and they keep me accountable. I might not be going down at the pace Id like but am I 100% compliant all the time. No,but life happens and I keep moving along. Im eating healthy food and getting more active. Thanks Ewyn!

Got ghosted by the staff and manager after an interview. Was told they'd follow up in one week, and did not hear back. Attempted to email asking if a decision had been made - no response. Very unprofessional staff and weird business practices in general by the looks/sounds of it. Avoid.
