The rep who helped me change carriers was awesome. He helped save me money, which is always welcome but not offered. He went out of his way to get my new phone set up so I could be on my way. He by no means tried to sell me something I didn't want.Kudos to Bolt!!!

I’ve been dealing with Bolt Mobile for years for my cellphones. I moved to another province last year. I was ready for an upgrade when I was in Saskatoon at Christmas and stopped into Bolt. Sales person Carter was very friendly and knowledgeable. Offered products for my phone ; even though I declined he was gracious and accepted my choice. I love it when a salesperson isn’t pushy. Transferred my data and explained my billing in a simple concise manner. He is great at his job; so much better than my previous Sasktel experience!!

My grandma stopped here to get her phone fixed and Thawzin Thaw was excellent! She’s won’t stop talking about how honest and helpful he was. He didn’t pressure her into getting a phone she didn’t need and only made honest recommendations. In her words “If I had money I my pocket, I would’ve tipped him”. She has been here a couple times and have said nothing but good things. The reviews speak for themselves.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. The service was exceptional. Ask for Adam as he was phenomenal. He helped me choose a phone and a plan. He took the time to check my usage history and found out what was important to me. He also installed a screen protector and was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. This was by far the best experience I have had purchasing a new phone. I was recommended this place by a friend and I recommended it for anyone that is looking for a new phone.

We came here on a friend's recommendation. Right when we walked in we were greeted and helped immediately. He helped us pick out the right plan for us no BS, just straight up. He was super fast. Fastest I've ever gotten a new phone and plan. I appreciate that He was fast but thorough and made sure we were happy. Definitely will never walk into another sasktel store.
