Dépôt | Siboire Microbrasserie | Le Siboire Dépôt, la première succursale à voir jour en novembre 2007, est situé en plein cœur du centre-ville de Sherbrooke dans un bâtiment patrimonial qui abritait autrefois une station de train. Tout en étant près de toutes les attractions du centre-ville, le Siboire Dépôt offre en été une grande terrasse fleurie, paisible, digne de la campagne. Le menu offre une variété de plats de qualités et présente son fameux Fish&Chips : une recette fièrement concoctée par les entrepreneurs ayant reçu la formation du National Federation of Fish Frier d’Angleterre.

Excellent ambiance, beer and bar tenders to help you select a beer you'll enjoy! The IPAs are all very distinct and you can get some cans to go from their shop. Great bike decor too!!

Very good location and very cozy atmosphere. The food was excellently prepared and the prices were just right. The service was friendly and fast. Good beer and good value. Excellent french fries! The deer burger tasted earthy and delicious. This is a great place to go.

Everything was fine from service and food, restroom was clean. A little bit expensive but happy to pay for what we got. Music a bit too loud.

Favorite brewery in the Sherbrooke area. Food was amazing (highly recommend the fish and chips). If you are in the area, I would say give this place a try and you won't regret it.

I had a very good time here! I definitely would not go for the food because the focus is on the brewery. They have special beers on tap that change on a consistent basis and they great a have a kind staff ready to inform about everything on the menu.The ambiance was warm and lit with candles as the sun came down.I définir would recommend this place to any Sherbrooke visitor or native.

This bar is a must on the Québec beer scene. Whether in the onsite beergarden or the industrial atmosphere of this old train station, you’ll be swept away by the enchanting setting.They have a good location and very cozy atmosphere.The food was okay. we got two types of poutine ( regular and forest) and we got two types of wings ( maple, honey).We went before they close their kitchen, so I’ll give it a try in a different time.A bit pricy. The service was friendly and fast. Good beer and good value.Their kitchen and closing hours are not accurate, so call and check before going ;)I would recommend giving it a try between 7-9 pm
