Staff is always helpful and usually have what I'm looking for in store.

Took my 15 yr old MIG Mix Argon/Co² tank to refill.They did a straight swap of the tank.I was pleasantly surprised that it only cost just shy of $68 bucks.In and out in less than 5 minutes.

Linde has been sending us finance charges for an invoice that was paid for last year. After providing bank statements, cheque stubs, showing the invoice payment coming out of our account, Linde has just ignored us every time and never follows through to solve the issue. We have provided all the proof of payment they need and are still being charged finance charges and ignored.

I emailed Linde customer service department, as it is very difficult to get any kind of support by calling them. They charged us for two oxygen cylinders in error, instead of one. I was very clear in the email that I needed to confirm our new lease agreement because we only have one oxygen cylinder in our possession and yet we were charged for two. Their response was completely off. They neither addressed our inquiry into our lease, nor did they offer any solutions. Their response was, you read the last invoice and you agreed to the terms, period. Terrible customer service. The proper response would have been, I am sorry for the error/charge for two cylinders

Very helpful staff, ran out of dry ice at Advance location and got hooked up with a great price!

PICK UP YOUR DAMN PHONE!

Don't keep up with the little man just care about big business. Make an order they don't come pick up and then. They charge You for cylinders that are sitting here that they should have picked up. If you can find little man supplier better off to go to them
