We contacted Kory from Special Occasion Tent Rentals to have a tent for our Anniversary party. He was prompt in replying to my request and very helpful in picking the right size for the party. Special occasion tent rentals were great to deal with from start to finish. We rented the 30x30 for our daughter's wedding. Installation by Kory and crew was smooth and professional. Take down and clean up was the same. We would highly recommend them.

If you are looking for added stress and unprofessional communication for your next event then Kory and Special Occasions is the one. After speaking /emailing several times ( being told availability and quote)about our event, communication stopped. When I phoned to ask what going on was told We super busy" "Usually when people don't hear back they take it as a no!" ( I've shared that sentence with many business owners in area and they are just as disappointed as i am in your words)This was one month before our Wedding and was told to find someone else after for communicating for 2 months.Which everyone else in Niagara was completely booked solid. It was a very unfortunate experience"

We are very pleased with this company. They arrived on time and were very friendly. They took their time installing the tent , making sure no wind gusts would collapse it. Incredible crew and service. Our tent for our wedding reception looked great. Kory was very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated his recommendations. The dance floor was a very nice last minute addition. The lights were perfect. Tables and chairs were excellent.Highly reccomend them.

Kory was very helpful in delivering and setting up tables and chairs for my wedding this past June. He communicated via email, phone call or text to ensure his delivery was at a convenient time. All tables and chairs were in great condition and looked beautiful on pictures. I fully recommend this service!
