During my recent visit, Brandon answered all my questions about the car I bought and helped me understand how some specific features work, so that I could have even more fun driving. A HUGE shout out to the Service Department, especially Ken who honestly gave me the most committed and respectful advice about our Volvo that I’ve ever had at any Volvo dealership in the world, including Sweden, Germany, Switzerland and Canada. I wish I lived in KW just to get my Volvo serviced here, if today was any indication of the level of excellence and care they offer. Lucky you Waterloo! Simon and the staff at Volvo Waterloo made my recent purchase seamless. This is the first Volvo I have purchased. The experience with Simon and the team was excellent from start to finish. The car was ready for delivery ahead of time and communication was excellent throughout the process. I had a small issue with one of the tires shortly after delivery and the team went above and beyond to figure out what the issue was and even gave me a loaner to drive in the meantime. The whole experience was effortless.

My husband and I have had a great experience working with Brandon to get our new electric car XC40 Recharge. We've already had many trips in it both in the city and from Waterloo to Ottawa. It's got lots of cargo space, it's fast to charge, and fun to drive. Also wanted to give a big thanks to Ken who helped with a quick tire repair (my fault, not a fault of the car). I recently got a new XC90 and I’m thrilled with it, and the experience I had purchasing it. Simon and Nick were easy going and very helpful, during the purchase AND AFTER.In particular, there was one part that I thought was missing. It later turned out that was an upgrade item not included with my purchase. Clearly my misunderstanding.What did they do? They found a spare they had and gave it to me as a gift.They certainly didn’t have to do anything, and I would have paid for it myself, but I’m very impressed and grateful. I couldn’t be happier with the car and the experience. This is a great dealership with an obvious and rare positive culture. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

We recently bought a new Volvo V60 from Volvo cars Waterloo. My son and I had a very good experience with Matt our sales rep. He was courteous and respectful on the phone and in person. He was pleasant and ready to answer all our questions in a professional manner. He took the time to set all features on my new car. He was very knowledgeable and patient.
