Worst quality! Also, staffs are not competent as well. I purchased glasses with them and it has worst quality. I asked them to tighten the frame and their staff heat the frame and spoiled it. They sent me new one. Last week I visited them to tighten it and she did same mistake. When I asked her, she said it’s nature of plastic. What a horrible experience! Please don’t go to this store! I will never buy anything from them again!

This Hakim location staff takes the time to explain about lenses which is very important when it comes to great vision.Price wise very affordable and staffs are super helpful and knowledgeable. Our family had a absolute best possible experience at Markvillemall location.

Our experience at hakim Optical is nothing less than true professionalism. They truly are concerned for your vision quality and are not completely satisfied till you ensure them that your glasses are to your satisfaction. Both Gordon and fahad conduct themselves is such a professional manner that I have not experience anywhere else. They really care and we are truly appreciative of them for this.

Unsure how they got that bad review, as I'm sure that is a lawsuit they wouldn't want to risk by selling knock offs???Anywho...great service, very kind & helpful staff. Both Gordon and farhad are very patient and helpful. I would come here anytime. I have been elsewhere for glasses and this is the place that I will come to for my family from now on.

Amazing customer service. Marjan was my fashion consultant and she spent two hours helping me finding the right frame. The rest of the team were super nice and helpful. Definitely recommending this store!

Overpriced, serious upsell, staffing questionable... Limited quality eye exams. Gordon and his staff where top notch. Since he left, for Specsavers, this location has fallen in customer service. Specsavers eye exams are extremely thorough, compared to there competitors. This Hakim location seems to lack in many areas. Not a comfortable situation, feeling... My business, family and friends, will go elsewhere...

Just wanted to drop a note about a “recent” experience (Late July, early August) at Hakim.Due to a recent illness my brother Steven lost the ability to walk and properly talk and thus is confined to a wheelchair.I needed to get my brother new glasses.He’s been complaining about his glasses for over a year.He’s in Markham, Ontario and I live in Halifax, Nova Scotia.We had been unable to see each other face-to-face for over a year due to Covid.And getting him glasses requires very personal attention.In involves getting him into a car, then back into a foldable wheelchair and then into a store.I pre-booked an appointment with your Hakim location at Markville Shopping centre weeks in advance.I confirmed it the day before I arrived.And, as I expected, getting him over to the mall to your store was a lot of effort.Nevertheless the staff there were all ready.And they were super-patient with Steve as he tried on different frames.Eventually it came time to test his eyes.We needed to get him in the chair in the back of the exam room.It was super tight but managed to pull it off.Of special note was how patient and friendly the optometrist was.She took a lot of time and care wth Steve and we both really appreciated it.I mean, she was terrific.More patient than I was and I’m his brother (!)Steve now proudly owns two new pairs he likes a lot.Thank you and your team so much.

staff is nice but font have much information about the glasses. I bought two glasses from here. they got broken so easily. I especially asked them if the glasses are strong or not. they said yes. temples got loosen and glasses changed shape. NEVER BUY A SINGLE ITEM FROM THIS PLACE.

The deals they offer are not always a deal. Getting service can be slow. I thought this would be a new place for me to go but it didn’t pan out.
