Coast Victoria Hotel & Marina by APA

Great experience, beautiful location (right on the water), clean rooms & facilities and friendly staff. The prices were fair here and the views of the marina were an added bonus. It was a seamless process from check-in to check-out and I would certainly return. It was great to have the use of their pool, whirl pool, sauna and gym too. They offer a free shuttle and the driver is super friendly. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is because the building and rooms are a bit dated and could use a refresh in the future. But in terms of cleanliness, price and location - no complaints at all.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here and it really is the best location if you want a great water view but don’t want to stay downtown. There’s nothing better than waking up and falling asleep to the view of the ocean. Upgrade and get an ocean view - its worth it. The service is fantastic. One of the managers, Tanya, was extremely helpful and kind. My daughter wanted to stay an extra night beyond or booked stay, and she helped us get what we desired. The origami crane left on the beds upon check in is a sweet and unique touch. The gentleman who helped us with our luggage and drove us to the clipper was so kind and hospitable. The only gripe I have is that the bathrooms could use an update. The tiles and bathtub tile has obviously taken care of many guests but it’s time. It does have a bidet if you dig that. Not my cup of tea but a little luxury to others nonetheless. Love this place and I’ll be back.

Nice hotel with friendly and helpful customer service at the front desk. The seafood restaurant in the hotel was amazing; especially the atmosphere and view from the window. If I need to stay overnight in Victoria again in the future I would definitely consider the Coast.

Great service! My room had a beautiful view. The bidet toilets were amazing! I didn’t use the pool but it looked amazing. The hot tub was great. One of the treadmills was out of order but I was in the gym alone and used the other one. All the equipment looked fine. The restaurant was great but slightly pricey. They have a driver that can take you downtown Victoria, which is such a plus. There is also this famous neighborhood cat that hangs out in the lobby. So cute! I will definitely book here when I come back to Vic.

After a night from hell in another Hotel with NO AC!!!! (which I won't name because they did give us a refund AND the staff were all exceptional),Our stay at this hotel was AMAZING.The staff were kind and accommodating ( shout out to Daniel at the front desk!)The AC was wonderful!!!!! Seriously, cool and crisp, which was so refreshing.The rooms could use some updating BUT the bed was so comfy. The sheets and bedding soft and cozy,The towels soft and fluffy and the room was SPOTLESS!!The lighting was warm and soothing and the furniture VERY comfortable.My hubby had a large desk area and I enjoyed a cozy wing back chair and stool.ALL THE STAFF were exceptional!They texted us a couple times to check in to see if we needed anything......which I really appreciated.Also I must mention the TOTO washlet Toilet system!!!It was a FANTASTIC surprise amenity!!!!Seriously, WELL DONE !!!!What a treat that was!We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this gem of a place!!!

We had a lovely weekend here! It’s so close to beaches and to downtown, there’s lots nearby to do. The fisherman’s wharf is within walking distance and definitely worth a visit. There is a boat taxi port right behind the hotel which can take you downtown within minutes, as well as a whale tour company on the back of the building. The pool is worth a visit, there’s a hot tub and the pool is partially outside so you can enjoy the nice weather. We had great service from the employees; the cleaning staff refreshed our room very quickly and provided us with everything we needed. Unfortunately our upstairs neighbours were quite loud all night long, but I easily addressed this with staff who went and spoke to the neighbour as well as offered us a change of rooms and ear plugs. The room toilet has a bidet and there is a tv with movies and channels for free use. We appreciated the spaciousness of the room, there is a couch and a desk.

Great location, beautiful clean indoor / outdoor swimming pool which our grandson loved! The concierge provided us with rides to and from our downtown restaurant. Lovely spot to walk to downtown as well as the fisherman's wharf. great view of the inner harbour. Staff very friendly and helpful. We will be back!

My first visit to Coast Victoria Hotel and Marina.Love the location! Close to the Wharf, has a shuttle to downtown and plenty of restaurants close enough.Beautiful boardwalk along the harbour. Watched the sea buses scoot around the harbour, it's also the seaplane's landing strip as well as the ferry from Seattle comes into the harbour.This hotel is dog friendly plus has rooms that have had no pets in, for those with allergies!Great restaurant and bar here as well.Extensive menu for all meal times.They have free parking for overnight guests.Not far from the Parliment Building and BC Royal Museum.I would definitely stay here again!

We used the conference room and did not stay in a room. The conf rm was set up perfectly and the staff were excellent. The location is downtown, but a bit west of the core. It's a great walk to the downtown marinas and shopping.

Fabulous location just 15 mins walk to downtown. Our stay was excellent from beginning to end. Clean and comfortable. Exceptional customer service. The pool was lovely with a great view. We enjoyed breakfast (we brought to our room) at the on-site restaurant. All the amenities were great. We really appreciated the sustainable compliments to the hotel including the personal care products! Little touches throughout our stay made our visit really enjoyable. Definitely recommend!*We stayed in a 1 bedroom queen suite w/balcony.
