I'm a very regular customer and I forgot my wallet at home over an hour away. I was hoping the manager I always speak to would help me out with payment if I pre-sent her an etransfer on the spot.I asked her, and she told me she can't 'lend me money. Luckily another customer in the store overheard and helped me out with an act of kindness. I EMT'd her

Because your exchange policy changed for returning tools, gives me more of a reason to purchase directly from the manufacturer or amazon That accepts returns. As a newer policy your staff should give warning upon purchase because who honestly reads the fine print on a receipt?? Smh

The store is clean and well organized however their inventory is poor, and replenish of stock is infrequent. The manager was unable to answer some of my questions and offered no solution to go out of her way to find one. No problem, just a reflection of her job perspective I feel.

I generally find what I need, but stock is low on a few key items. Shelves for color display of Joico Verocolor are a mess and color swatches are displayed on shelves where different product is stocked. Needs a complete overhaul!!! I usually have a decent experience, but there is one woman with blonde hair that works at the counter who needs some customer service training. She has no personality and comes across as being very unapproachable. The rest of the staff I've dealt with have been amazing and helpful! One other issue I have is the price discount on boxed color. When you purchase 6 or more, there is a discount. I've bought 20 tubes of color and had to pay full price because I only had 5 or less of each type" within the same brand. I think that's ridiculous. If it's a Joico color

OMG!!! THE SHELVES ARE STOCKED!! After the past few years and seeing empty shelves everywhere it's sooooo nice to see variety.. selection.. the store is well set up and the staff is super! I was definitely really shocked and bought a bunch of supplies I hadn't been able to, like acrylic nail supplies etc..So excited, can't wait to go back!! Kudos!

I could get my orders shipped to my business each week.. but I don’t for one reason.The ladies that work at this store are phenomenal!! They portray the best customer service I have ever gotten anywhere.They all greet me in a friendly manner, smile on their faces.they jump to help me with anything I need promptly, checking the back if there isn’t what I need on the shelves, they are knowledgeable, they go far above and beyond what any expectation would be.I’m always a pain, asking questions, and have large orders that keep them all busy. But they are ALL so happy to help with anything!The store manager (Jenny) is beyond fantastic, emails me anything I need, she has great leadership skills with her staff, you can tell they all get along great.CosmoProf is beyond lucky to have this team of girls working in their Barrie store!!

Great customer service, always very friendly and helpful. I know I don't look like I would have a cosmetology license so I find I get judged right away going into some of these places that require one but I've never gotten that vibe here. The only thing is I wish they had more barber supplies available

I had a great experience here! The employees were very helpful and sweet. I held them up until close and I never once felt as though they were getting impatient with me (even though I felt horrible). I also had to register (which took a little time) and they didn't seem annoyed by that either. I picked up many things and got it all for an excellent price as well! Will be going back in the morning!
