One has to ask to open washroom. One can seat inside and have some snacks and coffee.

The hub of the GRT in Cambridge. Can't avoid it if you're going anywhere. It's a bit old and there's not a ton of space inside when it's busy, but it works well enough. Employees are helpful, the vending machines have some variety and are all tap-capable. Location is great: it's within walking distance to a lot of places downtown, which is great for anyone bussing to Galt for a little shopping and relaxation.

Don't use the vending machines it's not guaranteed it will work and not guaranteed that signage will be posted to prevent losing money to the vending machine. Just to be told there is nothing they can do about it. Can't be reimbursed at all. Luckily it's only $3.50 but that could have been my last money and it's cone now. More bummed out cuz I needed something to elevate my Sugar levels and got nott

On Monday April 20th we were celebrating our daughters 18th birthday (quarantine style) and her team had a birthday car parade down our street. During this, a GRT bus was rounding the corner and slowed down and waved and wished her happy birthday. A little while later, as we were social distancing in the driveway, a car pulled up and said I hear there is a birthday girl here." My daughter went to the vehicle and the lady passed her a bouquet of flowers and wished her happy birthday

The machines in the Terminal dont work.Anyone trying to take money out the bank machine are outta luck.The change machine doesn't work.Nor do half the cendibg machines.FIX SOMETHING

I happen to think this bus terminal is actually quite cozy and warm. The staff are friendly. That's what counts.
