Places like JBC are becoming more than rare. Rare, meaningful, authentic people serving people from all walks of life, in a beautiful place, serving wonderful food and caring for more than just your patronage. We need more places like this for all of us. Make time to go, meet them, enjoy the beautiful lake and surroundings, breathe, reset spiritually... and then stay connected throughout the year with this community. You will be happy you did.

I cannot say enough good things about this camp. I was there last weekend (March 3-5, 2023) for Soul Full Camp with 35 other women. The rooms were spotless and the staff were amazing. The food was 5 -star with a separate kitchen used for special dietary needs (gluton-free, vegan, etc). This was a huge relief to me as I just found out I have a gluten allergy and had no idea you could still have delicious food. The woman at the front desk (Jamie) was there at 7 am to make sure there was coffee and tea available, and back at 11 pm to make sure everything was in order. A big shout out to Jamie and to the chefs in the kitchen. I have already booked myself to return in September. I encourage anyone looking for some peace and quiet in a beautiful space to make a reservation at this camp.

My family has been coming to this camp for three generations and my children are now the fourth. Everyone loves it every year. The facility/food/program are all great but it's the spirit of the place that's really the draw.

Been 5 or 6 times for both summer and winter camps and every time has been awesome!Good mix of teaching, scheduled activities and free time. Very reasonably priced with excellent food, a ton of things to do from rock jumping, water skiing, free use of kayaks and canoes, an old mini golf course, great shallow and warm beach, volleyball plus an inside gym and large lounge if the weather doesn't cooperate.Have brought several friends and they all love it to!

This is our fifth year going our family looks forward to this trip every year .The first time I went I didn’t know what to expect .we really have an amazing time every year there’s always some outstanding biblical teaching with Christian foundations and our children and my wife and I always have so much fun .The staff at Joy Bible Camp are so friendly and helpful always eager to help loving our children and all the campers .the people in the trailer park go out of their way to make sure you feel at home and befriend you immediately when you arrive really is a wonderful place to get away with your family i’m always going away with how many games and activities joy Bible camp offers every year they’re offering more and more I really don’t know how they do it .and you can’t get away for a better price all your meals Are taken care of if you choose .I highly recommend it you have nothing to worry about while you’re there learning about Christ making good friends and relationships feeling completely relaxed

Joy Bible camp was a beautiful place myself and family spent summers at camp here back in the 60's and 70's. Our grandfather, W.A. Watson was an architect who designed some of the older buildings . My father, Paul Watson and his sister Ruth went to camp there when they were kids. So happy to see the place is prosperous! Best memories!!

Have never been to this camp before. We pulled into our trailer site and had so many friendly visits I feel like everyone was just waiting for us to arrive. Will need to come back when family camp is on

We had a very cozy family gathering around New Year with warm fires in the fireplaces and DELICIOUS roast beef lunch! Dinner was light (on purpose) with finger food. A good time was had by all.

We have gone up for several years with our children. They have various options of accommodations: full bath in room, half bath in room, room with showers near by (all rooms have beds, some include bedding), & also, trailer park sites. Meals are tasty & fair pricing. The speakers vary but I have gleaned much from each one. My favourite aspect is the focus on Christ, and loving others. It's a camp that all ages can enjoy (we have seniors, middle aged, young people, teens & children/babies here depending on the week). My fav highlight is the fun excellent programming for the children during family camp weeks.
