The gentleman behind the cash needs to relax on the power trip. Came to get dog food with a FULL-FACE motorcycle helmet and he said I can't come in the store without a mask. I SAID THIS IS A FULL FACE MASK otherwise i'd have bugs in my teeth. And he continued to argue and told me I'll be served outside the store. Common people a full face helmet covers you better than a little hospital mask. Reply to your reply the helmet covers more than a mask. Over 360 of coverage. Everywhere like gas stations included don't harrass bikers with full face helmets because they're common sense tells them they are more covered up than just a plain mask.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Do NOT buy any products from this store if you think you might return it. In fact, probably better off not buying from here at all. There are SEVERAL reviews about the poor management of returns, and I have just experienced why. I have been a loyal customer to other Global Pets - thousands of dollars worth on their overpriced food. Man behind the counter is rude, and staff clearly don’t know their own return policy! Brutal experience. Do not shop here for your pets. You will have a better experience elsewhere.

The staff are well educated and take time to explain everything. The will make sure you have the right foods including a great return policy. It is reassuring knowing I can call for advise or visit the store through every step of the way.

Horrible experience at this Orillia store. Staff are not knowledgeable on their own store policies. Owner/manager is rude and condescending. DO NOT SHOP HERE. You will be better off spending your money elsewhere versus this overpriced store where you cant even make a simple return.
