The waiting area was clean and comfortable.Dr. Hetz was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions before beginning the treatment. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure and was very gentle, which I appreciated. He was also incredibly honest about what to expect after the treatment.After my treatment, the clinic provided me with detailed aftercare instructions, which were easy to follow. I also received a follow-up call from the clinic a few days later to check on my progress and make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns.Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Concept Medical. The staff was friendly and professional, the clinic was clean and modern, and the care I received was top-notch. The attention to detail and customer care at Concept Medical is unmatched. The staff is extremely welcoming, kind and knowledgeable. I love the Skinceuticals facials and the products. My skin has never looked better. I also had my first micro needling session and it exceeded my expectations, as always. I highly recommend Concept Medical.

I really like the Clinic. It is bright and quiet. Everybody is nice and helpful. I am very pleased with my treatments.I saw results after the first treatment. Fatima is kind and patient. She provides a lot of information about the treatment, and answers all my questions. Based on my experience, I highly recommend.

Excellent service! I was introduced to Concept Medical by Amyin613 and have always loved their recommendations. This one surpassed my expectations. Whether you speak with Fatima or Candace, Megan, Pam or Victoria, or any other person there, you get the same service, which is informative, NOT pushy in anyway, polite and overall, just welcoming. Not once was I made to feel ashamed or inferior in anyway if I said something wasn't in my budget. When discussing skin care, we it wasn't about having me using every single product, it really was detailed to what I was interested in, what I felt I could afford and then lots of info on why products were recommended or not recommended or which to use with what and why. I also get laser hair removal and have past experience with it. WOW is all I can say. It has been outstanding and again, I have been given so much information! Fatima has been so amazing, and after each session, always reminds me of ways to connect with her if I have any questions too. This process has been completely stress free as everyone is just so nice and non-judgmental! No one is snooty at all and I would recommend anyone looking for skin care help, laser, facials, etc, to definitely contact them!

Finding shaving and waxing to be both time-consuming and long-term expensive (the waxing, at least), I recently decided to invest in laser hair removal. I had done some online research and, based on excellent ratings and reviews, and on its location in a wonderful neighbourhood that just so happens to also be my neighbourhood :), I decided to book a consultation at Concept Medical. I'm glad I did because I've now gone in for my first laser hair removal session and was delighted at how quick and painless it was. Their office is elegant, calming, cozy and modern, and their staff are professional and kind.I am looking forward to my upcoming sessions, and to the time they will soon save me in skincare/prep :)

I came here today for Botox for excessive sweating and it was a great experience. The rooms are big and very clean, and the parking lot in the back takes the stress out of transportation. Dr.Hetz was very kind and answered my questions so nicely. The nurse who I believe was Jennifer was extremely kind and made great conversation. Her injection method was the least painful I’ve had, out of all of the procedures I’ve had for excessive sweating. Very quick and easy. She is possibly the best nurse I have had in my entire life. I plan on returning when the time comes again. Most of the time when I go into cosmetic medical practices, I feel like I am treated differently than other patients/less than ( maybe because I’m younger?) I had such a great experience here and felt seen.Thank you!

I had the most amazing experience ever. The clinic is very nice and clean. And the receptionist is very patient and kind.Jennifer is the best nurse I had dealt with in my entire life. She’s amazing! She was very kind and really good at what she does. I absolutely recommend this place, especially if you wanna get PRP done, Jennifer is the person to go for. Love this place!
