Marleen is a amazing doctor everything I have a issue she has helped me thru it. She is kind caring an very knowledgeable. I consider myself extremely lucky to have her as my gp. An the office staff is super helpful. Only issue is because she is such a good doctor sometimes they r super busy an it takes a week or 3 to see her. But I consider that a positive better to always be in demand versus Noone wants to see .

I am new to how the health system works here, coming from the US, and I have been calling around to be seen. So I called to the office, not knowing you needed a family doctor referral. I was in contact with Michelle .H, even though I was not apart of their clientele she went above and beyond to help me find what I needed and I appreciate that so much. even more so becouse how busy other places are.I wouldn't say to call just to get info about other places as to not busy up their lines, but She was extremely sweet and helpful and I wanted to say thank you!

Dr Houston was professional, kind and very efficient. Staff were amiable and the experience overall was excellent.

Dr. Nelson consistently dissuades me from seeking medical attention. With the new phone system it has become utterly impossible to book an in-person visit. I recently spoke with her and told her I had irregular bleeding, resulting in multiple sanitary pads every two hours. She said this is normal, likely just spotting, and perhaps I had a bug. When I told her this wasn’t the case she said, and I quote, “oh, you have a medical degree too now, I suppose?” I was so surprised I was silent a moment and she said “I believe we’re done here” and hung up on me. I am seeking to have her removed as my physician, the dismissive manner in which she deals with me is disrespectful and uncalled for.
