They irrigated the mold/asbestos and repaired the basement completely.Clean work and personalized service. Hired Novostar to assist us with removal and replacement of heavily water damaged floor in our basement. They were very professional explaining every step of the way what they would do explaining how basements should be built to manage humidity and gladly answered all my questions with a written report. In the end they safely removed all of the poorly installed water damaged flooring and rebuilt a beautiful water proof luxury vinyl flooring over a waterproof membranes subflooring that looks just like wood! They also did an amazing job fixing the walls plastering and repainted. Project went overtime but respected the contract and budget with no additional cost. When the project ended thier inspector came to make sure the job was done well and that we were happy, just wow. Very affordable for the amazing quality and professionalism we got which is hard to find. So happy that we will use them to do additional remodeling in our house.

Finishing our basement was a dream. The renovation has been completed to our satisfaction! Our basement is awesome!The project manager and the team we had on our project were wonderful. My home was flooded during a downpour back in June 2022. The storm drain on the street was out of order and the water from the extremely heavy rain started rapidly flowing inside my below grade garage. Within minutes the water went inside the fully finished basement and the sub-floors got submerged. My primary concern was about the health and safety of my family following the flood. The secondary one - modernizing our basement.My first impression of Rafi, Mike and the rest of the Novostar team is how friendly they are and also their patience with my endless questions. They explained every detail of the process and were very responsive to the inquiries I had along the way.This was a couple of months of renovation and while it had its challenges, Novostar proved its commitment to excellence of their work as well as their dedication to customer satisfaction. I would like to say that our experience with Novostar was amazing From start to finish, the people that worked on our home extension project were without exception professional, their expertise, advice and guidance were of enormous help and their workmanship of a high standard. You only have to look at the finished product to appreciate the skill and care that was taken by all the team.We would like to thank everyone involved from Samara ( designer) Rafi and Paul (project managers) the fabulous roofing crew our tiler our plumbers, they were all SO good, a real credit to the company.Thanks to Mike for his help in the early stages of organising everything.It has been an incredibly busy and challenging journey but we are absolutely over the moon with the finished product, certainly worth the trip.

I highly recommend Novostar. Very professional and the job was impecable. Even though I contacted for a last minute job, they were able to accommodate me pretty quickly. All the Staff super nice and they go far and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. I used them for ceiling asbestos removal but I'll definitely looking forward to use other of their services again.
