WORST company I have ever dealt with. It fails me to understand how they are still in service. These people took on full advantage of COVID situation. We were charged for several products that were not provided for more then a YEAR. They did not issue us any credit. There were multiple billing issues - charges applied for non-visits, missing Items but charged every single visit. How they did this was deliver on the day we are closed. My restaurant is closed on Tuesday and guess when they deliver on Tuesday when there is no one there to check and talk to an actual person right away. We have tried several times to change our delivery day but their driver is only available in our area on Tuesday. Multiple voicemails and callback since November 2021 request gone unanswered - obvious they don't care. POOR customer service - no follow through - DO NOT stand behind their word - INCOMPETENT. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS Company any business.

Would not recommend using this company for anything. We have a fairly large contract with them and have had issues with incorrect clothing delivered to wrong locations, other company's logos were installed onto our clothing, holes patched with wrong colour patches. Very difficult to get issues resolved and little to no support from account reps. There was an issue AT LEAST every other week. I recommend looking elsewhere for your clothing needs to avoid headaches.

Don’t use this company! Please! Thankfully our five year contract is done now. We’ve switched to cintas. They say they’ll repair any breaks in the shirts but our shirts got so threadbare that they ripped and we’d literally have to walk around with 6 inch rips in our shirts. Sure looks professional for our business then! Wow!

i called twice to talk to someone about setting up a uniform contract, we are in search of a new provider. i left two messages some time ago and have never received a call back. I guess they don't need new business or are too busy but that told me the service I would likely receive would not be favourable if they can't even make a return phone call about an inquiry for new business. Poor customer service and i'm not even a customer nor will i be.

After finding that our company was charged for several products that were not provided for 29 months we were provided a full credit for the amounts over charged. But following this situation the company repeatitively dropped the ball. There were multiple billing issues - charges applied for non-visits, credits applied as debits. Had to remove our credit card from file to stop additional charges. Cancelled our account in January and have yet to recieve our $800 credit that is owed to us. Multiple emails, voicemails and callback request gone unanswered - obvious they don't care. We have spoken to the head office and were advised 3 weeks ago that a cheque was being processed that day and would be mailed out from Manitiba - we have yet to recieve it. We have asked multiple times for the rug, rags and stand to be picked up since we cancelled in January and have yet to have picked up. Who knows maybe they didnt actually cancel our account as requested several times as that wouldn't be shocking. POOR customer service - no follow through - DO NOT stand behind their word - INCOMPETENT.

Terrible customer service!! Left numerous messages and e mails requesting a return e mail or call, have yet to hear back from them. Be very cautious dealing with them. Once you sign a contract good luck contacting them. Weekly shortages on uniforms and other items, yet we are always billed for items not sent. Delivery driver is the only plus they have going for them, always helpful and courteous.

Got pushed off the road by one of their drivers south of mile road ten north of London Ontario when I was doing a practice ride for ms ride later in July. The driver was speeding and spread glass all over me and did not stop to see if I was okay. No I did not get my 1 meter away from the truck.Called the company x 2 talked to manager.

I have never seen such a horrible service. How are they still in business. Why are they still in business when they can’t resolve any issues. Over charged since May 2021. invoices shows charged but incomplete order delivered. No refund, no response, no call back. Do not go with this company unless you want to be stuck!!!

Always a fantastic experience with my weekly CSR. Efficient, prompt, friendly and attentive. Keep up the good work!
