I had lighting repair work completed. The fixture was replaced under warranty 2 years after the original installation, which I did not even consider possible. The labour portion of the service, I have not yet received a billing for. The lighting side of Mr. McQueen's business has been extra ordinary, from the original design, installation & after install adjustments.They, install the lighting in the daylight for obvious reasons. Mr. McQueen, himself showed up for inspection after dark, to supervise final adjustments!!!!!! I'd call that service above & beyond Customer Expectations.If they decide not to bill me for labour which I feel responsible to pay for after 2 years.
