Was already having an off day, come in to do my laundry and the dam coin machine stole my $2.25. I looked around the internet and the room and no number to call to get my money back, this shortened my dry time because I was unsure if the other coin machine was functioning and I was not about to risk losing more money. So dam irritating. I actually like the place, the new renovation and the owner. I would like my $2.25 tho. Please check your camera. Mother and daugther who came at 6:47 ish on February 25th. You will see me pressing the hell out of the button to get my money back with absolutely no luck.

Contrary to the name I have not had one sock gone missing. The machines all seem to work perfectly. Never worried that I will recieve a working one. The place seems very well maintained and and clean. Over all this laundry mat is great!

This is an awesome place to go do laundry . The owner is very helpful she takes pride in her establishment. Its always kept clean very good

This is by far the best laundry mat in Oshawa. I have been to almost all of them over the years of living here and I will never go to another one. It’s clean and safe (security cameras ). The owner is a lovely lady that loves to chat which makes it a nice experience . The machines are kept in great working order. Where I would pay 4$ to dry a load else where, I pay $1.50 here. Thank you for bringing a bright spot into Oshawa . Jennifer

Went today to use the washers and noticed right away prices have increased. Next I fill the washer only half full, less than the posted notes stating to fill it only 3/4 full, I add my soap and start the machine. I stood there while it went through the whole wash cycle and did not see any water or soap/bubbles in the drum ( it is a front loader ). I do understand water pressure is lower ( as stated ) but I am abit confused as how my clothes got washed when all it looked like was them spinning around for 30 mins. When I took the clothes out to dry they felt more damp then wet from being washed. I use to come here when I needed to use a machine and I sadly will not be returning after today.

Very rude ownership. I went in to get change and see how busy it was as alot of the machine are not working. Seen that it was empty and was going to get my laundry afterwards. A middle woman who owns the place then ask of I'm doing laundry cause I can't use the change machine otherwise. Process to tell me she has to go to the bank and ect. Things an owner operator would do anyways. Weekend before it was full of drug users and undesirable individuals. Will not return, hope she remains miserable and never changes.

Spacious, Clean, multiple machines for regular and deeply soiled laundry. Change dispenser & Soap dispenser (cost $1).Has coin dispenser for bills & smaller change.Regular washer cost/price approx. $4.50/load. Larger washer cost/price approx. $7-9.50/load. Can fill 3/4 way per machine.Large Dryers holds (at least) three regular washer loads. Cost/price 25 cents/3mins of drying.They have free wifi. Five chairs, two laundry baskets, two long tables a small table and a trash can. TV for decor-usually showing news, no remote. Rarely seen employees. Large windows & bright lighting. Restroom is usually locked. Place to park.Wish they had a stepping stool, short people 5'5 & under may have a difficult time reaching the top of the Larger washers to pour the laundry soap. Available access to the restroom would be great.Customers who go there are cordial & keep to themselves.Doors lock at 9pm.

Nice and clean. Big dryers are great, and not overly expensive.Also they always have laundry detergent (I have been to places where the detergent machines are almost always empty) which is great because you don’t have to worry about bringing a huge thing of your own detergent. I actually don’t dread laundry day now.
