Motel Au Vieux Piloteux

The people were very welcoming. The room was clean and pleasant, had a fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and a safe. Free wifi.Enjoyed sitting out front in provided chairs wit accompanying table before retiring.Only suggestion would be to put an additional curtain on the door window as the blinds let in too much light.

Very modern and clean rooms the bed was very comfortable but pillows are too thin even with 2. I wouldn't give it a 4 stars motel though a 3 yes. In the room there was an unfinished part on the wall. They do have a blu-ray a microwave and a keurig coffee machine. The man at reception was a little weird.

This was a nice little motel. Our room had a single double bed. The room was clean and comfortable, there was a ceiling fan, which we used, and an air conditioner that we didn't need so we didn't use it.The guy on the night shift was very helpful and made sure we knew what kind of room we were getting. We were three adults traveling with a cat and our 23 year old son tuffed it out on the floor with some things from the truck.They had Tim Hortons coffee and a Keurig.

The room was a good size and very clean.

Cozy & ComfyHad a lovely night stay at Motel au Vieux Pilateux May long weekend on a roadtrip out East. Room was on a smallish end but had everything you would need. Desk, office chair, side chair, microwave, Keurig coffee machine with 2 pods, mini fridge & mini safe, TV with cable, hanging rack with enough hangers, shampoo, soap, rain shower, hair dryer fresh towels & linens, patio chairs & little table outside. Comfortable bed, but it is a bit smaller then queen, so makes it a real cozy sleep for 2.Although looks unassuming with 2 buildings, it is indeed a very comfortable & clean place to stay with plenty of parking for the trailer & renovated rooms. Check in was seemless & friendly. Reception has some more coffee, but there is no breakfast, however there are plenty places around for delicious food within few min drive.Got there on a foggy evening & morning, so can't comment on the view and pool since we didn't use it.Would stay again if passing through Riviere Du Loop.

Family- run business .. pride of ownership and friendly staff. They made us feel welcome and all were cheerful. Room was small, as was the bed, but it was clean. The mattress was in a protector, which was a welcome bonus.Best shower in a hotel in Canada yet .. highest showerhead I've ever seen in a hotel or motel. I'm not tall but most showerheads are only 5.5' high.When they say check in ends at 11, they mean it. But very, very quick check in and check out.Great value for the price. We would stay here again.

Was pleased to find that covid protocol is still enforced here. My room was extremely clean. It had all of the emenities that I needed to recharge after a long day of driving. My room was quiet. Was not disturbed by traffic nor neighbour noise. The view of the sunset over the river was breathtaking. Hope to stay at this location again on my way home and on future trips.

The room was updated, clean and very nice bathroom. However, the room had weird smell, as if they didn't open windows for a while. The parking didn't feel safe it is too clear to street but nothing happened to our car.
