I love the selection of decent condition used clothing and books.This place would get 4 Stars if it wasn't for the attitude of the Sales Associates!" Dare I even call then that! They act as if they are doing you a favor letting you shop there. Don't bother expecting any assistance

Friendly and helpful staff. They have reorganized the store and changed the layout, moving and redesigning the check out. They have significantly reduced the amount of children's clothes that they have, which is unfortunate but the staff said they are supposed to add more. The store is clean and generally well organized and most of all reasonably priced. Lower rating only because of the lack of children's clothes.

Great place, still able to score some deals and afford to buy things for the family here. Found some great finds and the gentleman at the check out was super nice to my daughter and I. He made our day. Thank you!

Clean and well organized store. Great staff and lots of beautiful items. Good pricesEspecially in light of the fact a lot of thrift stores are.getting rather expensive. Might as well buy new with the prices they charge. But goodwill has managed to keep their prices reasonable. Well sorted store too. Dont see ripped items etc on the floor. Great job guys and gals at goodwill Chatham, Ontario. Keep up the great work
