I am blown away by the quality of service, and the speed! I had a wedding to attend and a suit that was at least 1 size too big. Within a few days, the suit was a perfect fit and I received many compliments! I even learned a few things in the process. I brought my wedding dress in with only about a week to go for an alteration I found out when I tried on the dress here I did not need but was alerted to one strap being sewn on incorrectly which was causing a slight difference in how the each side fit - Within days I picked my dress up and it was perfectly hemmed and the strap fixed which made my dress fit evenly! The pricing was extremely affordable as someone who looks for the best deal and you can see from other reviews as well the quality is 10/10 amazing! Julie handled my difficult wedding dress alterations with absolute precision and artistry. Cost: $250, plus a $20 tip because she did everything with such care.As you can see, the patterns of the lace added a lot of challenges. The dress needed to be shortened quite a bit. In addition, I lost weight since purchasing the dress and needed the waist taken in by several inches.I went in for an estimate and then had 3 fittings to get everything perfect. She was able to maintain all of the heart shapes, even along the back zipper by taking the top in from the sides. Julia is AMAZING! My experience with having my wedding dress altered was AMAZING! Who knew that a wedding dress alteration could be so special! My ceremony dress needed hemming, but there was also a row of beads missing from the front and because the dress was discontinued I couldn't get beads for the dress from anywhere. It was no problem for Julia! She found places here and there on the dress to take the beads out and then stitched the rather long row of them back up on the front. You couldn't even tell the beads had been missing!And then I had bought several reams of silk from Thailand - which we then discovered didn't even match! I wanted a shorter ceremony dress made from this fabric - again, no problem for Julia! I had a vision for my dress - Julia made it into a pattern! She then took the mismatched fabric and made something beautiful out of it!And like that wasn't enough - my mom last minute found a dress that she loved, but the dress shoulders hung off her shoulders. It was about a week or so until we left and Julia quickly took the shoulder seams on a lace dress and raised them up and made the dress look perfect on my mom!And all the while - all the times I went back to Julia - it was an absolute pleasure getting to know her and she was so kind and patient and went over and above with us!THANK YOU JULIA for making my special day even more special!!Oh - and her pricing was amazing for all that she did for me!

Julia did an amazing job on my dress. After the bridal store ordered me a size too small, and the first seamstress I brought the dress to let it out as much as they could, I still wasn’t happy with how the dress fit two weeks before my wedding. I went to Julia and she swapped out the zipper and made the dress fit so much better. She was a lifesaver and I would recommend her to anyone!

Julia is amazing! I brought a new suit to have my jacket sleeves shortened, and something done to my pants for a better fit. Julia knew exactly what needed to be done, and it looks great! Reasonable prices, and she got it done in 2 days! I’ll definitely be going back for any future alterations needed!

Excellent work! I had to tailor the sleeves of 2 blazers and a winter coat. Julia fixed 2 of them from the top to preserve the details at the buttons. The other one from the bottom and it looks exactly as it was bought! They fit me perfect...Highly recommended !
