Very poor customer service! I have been a customer for over 10 years dedicated to this particular store, I am appalled by the employees behaviour and outbursts at me when I order a sleeve on my French vanilla. They never seem to hear me ask for one then give me attitude when I ask for one at the window because they could not listen at the speaker .Very disappointed in the service I have been receiving as of lately! Today the girl told me to “get over myself” for asking for a sleeve!I won’t be a returning customer to this store!

I discovered Tim's double Espresso coffees a while ago, served in their small cups, and they often rescue me on the road around 3pm, when I don't want a medium or large quantity to sip, but rather I need a good kick to stay awake. Plus the usual friendly smile!

In the past they were faster and coffe was always good, now today the line takes for ever and the coffee is terrible over cooked.

Bathrooms are clean...only reason to EVER stop at any Tim Hortons. Their food is terrible in taste and quality, You are lucky if they actually have everything you order. Go back to only coffee and donuts...seems to be all you can handle...This the complete company...not just this location.
