Good news, this clinic has a new doctor, right? Yup, but be prepared to wait almost TWO hours in the clinic for your appointment.I came 15 minutes early for my appointment to fill out some paperwork - the receptionist is kind mannered. I sat in the waiting for 60 more minutes before finally being allowed in the patient room. However, I sat for an additional 30 minutes before the Dr. Jain finally came to see me.Nothing against the people working here; the receptionist team and Dr. Jain were friendly (which was a surprise, as most clinics have terrible customer service). The only major issue here is the wait time. The clinic should have called me and said to come an hour later, so that my time wouldn’t be wasted. 2/5 stars.

Why would you answer the phone when you’ll always put patients on hold and not accommodate their call immediately? Better not to answer the call when busy. I just needed to ask a very quick question like if doctor is in today because I was waiting for the telephone consult call from doc. But I’ve been waiting for 2 hours for doc call and none yet. I tried calling clinic, and I was repeatedly put on hold numerous times. I tried to talk to one staff and immediately asked me to put on hold for a minute. And I waited even more than 5 minutes and still no response. I just put the call down. Grrrrr. How can I move to another family doctor clinic? This clinic management is so hard to go to to. My doctor is great, but the management or service is not good….

Update: We show up for our appt only to find out that they meant the next Wednesday and not today. It's just bad experiences after bad experiences with this place.First review:Many frustrated patients waiting waited for hours. He saw us 3 hours past our appointment. This daljit guy is slower than a sick turtle with three legs. Sadly I can't give zero stars to this garbage doctor and clinic.In addition, that daljit guy has cases on him. From what I've heard of others' experiences there, I'd stay away. He gives vitamins that should only be purchased at a specific store. It seems like this clinic is so desperate that they called in this daljit dude.Honestly thee worst clinic my family have visited in Canada.

Doctors are good. Front staff are unorganized and not all that friendly. Multiple times an appointment was made and canceled by them because the doctor doesn't work on the day it was scheduled.They took the appointment and don't know when the doctor doesn't work? They need a good team at the front desk that can communicate well and knows the Doctors schedules. Also very difficult to get in If you become sick. Wait time for an appointment is over a month. So you are left with finding a clinic or going to emergency.

Great Dr, but worst run clinic ever. Can't make an appointment over the phone, can't use the website because of the spam warning on the site. Absolutely the worst clinic, ever. Great Dr tho. I'll go wherever Dr Herar is!

Saddening I have to rate this centre as low as possible. Booked to speak to a doctor and appointments postponed for no reasons. Then finally got a call that the doctor I was booked to see no longer works there and I have to find a doctor somewhere else". Just like that. Terrible service. Truly sad."

Very bad behavior from the receptionist. If we book an appointment and we are late even by 1 minute they refuse to see the doctor. But If we reach before appointment time we have to wait 1-2 hours to see the doctor. But doctor herar is a good doctor.I can see lots of complaints about almost all clinics in Surrey BC, about the behavior of staff and most clinics have a rating of less than 3. We are new here and we don't know where to complain and who is responsible for taking care of such issues? Lots of people are posting their frustrations by posting reviews on google, but I don't think these staff care about the reviews, because anyway we have to go to these clinics. I am not sure why the authorities are not concerned about the poor quality of medical services.To get an appointment with a doctor is also very difficult in almost all clinics in Surrey. I don't know about other places.

Visited the clinic in early March 2023 because I read on the web that this clinic had a family doctor taking in new patients. Sure enough, on the front door was a notice saying one could put down their contact information for it. There were about 4 assistants/receptionists at the front. However, the receptionist I spoke to seemed unaware of what was on their own front door. I mentioned about their notice right there on the front door but she just kept saying “No” and repeated that I can book an appointment to see a family doctor but there is no list to leave new patient information on. It also didn’t help that she seemed like she didn’t want to be there at all.
