Sure Hair International

Hair systems are very low quality. Will shed all the hair in 2 weeks!! They will force you to buy two systems at the same time. There are much cheaper alternatives available. Use google to do your research, wish I had and would have saved 2200 dollars!!! So honestly, this is the worst place to go!!! Solutions are fake and overpriced. Staff is pushy and rude!!! When you ask for refunds they threaten you!! Absolutely the worst customer service experience. After seeing this review their lawyer contacted me to offer a settlement, to take down the review without a refund given to me first!!! Another example of lack of courtesy and customer service!! I guess if an organization is developed by defrauding people, you are used to not trusting people!! And hence they will not refund me unless I take down the review first!!! What a bully of an organization!!! Most companies remediate immediately without asking for conditions.

Sure hair' friendly & knowledgeable staff make it a recommended place..

I really wish that people would be rating the place based on results and not the staff that they were friendly or rude.I was trying to fetch some feed back about the results but all I see was how was the facility or how was the staff!!! Doesn't make sense.
