Charan Property Management

Worst,worst. I'm asked for help my problem is water was leak from the ceiling,after couple calls for help assistant menager was sed if you call one more time I will call police. She told maintenance guy you can't go there and check what's happening.I'm owner of the property and paying condo fee. I don't know for what I paying that service,probably for nothing and very bad management service.

All I can say is I knew Annette katchan years and years ago personally who is the proprietor of Charan she was a great person prior to this , but when her boyfriend paid for her to get her realtors liscence she became an absolute b*#%¥. She thinks she’s better than everyone else. But just remember where you came from Annette. Bottom line.

The apartment was really clean. My move in date was 1st September but I requested them if I can move in a little earlier on 31st August and they agreed. Overall, a great experience.

Karen works in client relations at Charan Property Management is very professional and proactive worker. I have been dealing with flood issues at my apartment and the amount of dedication and support what Karen has showen over couple of months to deal with me was incredible. She was very proactive when it came to contact insurance people or contractors. I'm sure it would be a asset for any company to have an employee like Karen working for them. We are owners and have been working with Charan for more than 2 years. We moved to them after a bad experience with a different property management company. It has been night and day. We are very pleased with their responsiveness and communication. They have an online portal that they use very effectively and I find it keeps things moving smoothly. One of the biggest positives is that they don't find reasons to run up our expenses (which the other company did) but work with us to let us solve the problems or find very reasonably prices companies to help with repairs.

I can’t say enough about how professional the Charan employees are. Leasing my unit and moving in has been very stress-less. Thank you!!

We rented a detached house for many years with Charan Property Management in Hillsdale. The customer service level and the speed in addressing maintenance concerns were awesome. That's something we'll always remember: how fast a technician visits our rental place after a maintenance ticket gets correctly logged. Charan's maintenance work crew did an awesome job too. Communicating with the office via email and SMS has been easy and straight forward. Trina, Lora, Kelly, and Meghan have been respectful, responsive, cooperative, and kind while dealing with me and my family members. Things can go a positive path when there is a will by both sides to be courteous, do the right thing, and be understanding. Will do business again with this team for sure if a new opportunity came up.

Apartments are not safe. You will be in danger every second. Your belongings are not safe. No door security. Someone can enter into property easily. Smelly apartments. Very dangerous in winter. No warm water and no heating system. Peace free property. Bugs everywhere. No help even after 100 calls. I lived there 1 year and theycut my full security even everything was fine. Same thing happened to my friend who lived there 2 months and he left the aprtment duevto bugs at Centennial Street.

Rented a condo from Charan property management. We got personalised attention from all the staff members. The process was smooth and timely. Will highly recommend this firm.

Zero service. They are big fraud.No security $800 refund.Smelly apartments.
