Had my lounge carpet cleaned today by Ben and Bob, they arrived as planned, explained the process of the work they were doing and went straight to work. The carpet has had a lot of foot traffic and i was worried it may not look much better, however, they did an excellent job, the carpet is lovely and clean, smells so fresh, and the pile is all fluffy as new. They have driers which they put in the room and once they had left the carpet was almost dry . Would highly recommend and will definitely use their service again

Really impressed with the whole experience. The quote was really reasonable and considering how the carpets came up, I'd have been happy to pay more. The service from the initial phone call was friendly & professional and I will definitely use them again in the future. I have no hesitation recommending them. They know their stuff!
