We've been banking here for years - both personally and with our businesses. They are always friendly and helpful. We love that you are a person here and not just a bank account number.

Rudest and most unprofessional bank. Was a member for over 20 years. They will fee you to death and never allow you to pull out any cash.I strongly suggest you bank with a different institution.

I have had the pleasure to come to know many members of the team at the Christian Credit Union over the past years. I've always experienced them as extremely professional and caring of the customers. This is a financial institution that is focused on making a difference for their customers - this is more important to them than being profitable at the expense of their customers. Highly recommend this institution, especially if Kingdom Building is important to you.

Punctual, thorough, professional, competent, extremely helpful, and zealously protects my ID to make absolutely sure it’s me indeed they’re dealing with. The training of their employees is second to none. Bravo!

The banking experience is great at CCU

Great local credit union that deals with biblical finances and personally engages with you.

I came in an hour before closing . I needed to change my pin , I comfirmed my two pieces of id , they told me they have to reach to affinity credit union my bank and comfirm I’m with them, even tho I had my two different ids one a photo and proof of two affinity cards with my name on them I was with the bank. No problem I called the only open branch of affinity they can see I’m in the system not my exact branch but a branch. After seeing my need to get help they told me no they can’t help again not without my specific branch (that closes by 3pm btw and is going outta business so what if they were shut down)so they told me to go to Servus south side , which would be closed by the time I get there. awesome help I really wish such a slow time of day when employees are there I’d be able to get help . Wasn’t possible . I saw a moose leaving there lot best part.

The staff are not friendly at all. I thought being a Christian environment they would show Christian values. I was wrong. I will Not be bringing my business here.

I chose the 3 star rating simply because of not wanting to elevate or destroy. Would suggest you do listen very carefully then verify what you hear. Don't expect them or their procedures to be like a bank because they are not.
