Tyson Mastro eats sleeps and breathes personal fitness.Ive had the pleasure of knowing Tyson a few years now and he'e always been driven and dedicated towards personal gain in the gym. Its a no brainer that he opened a gym to share his passion for working out and football training with others.Tyson is dedicated, hardworking, and extremely knowledgeable about fitness. You are in good hands at Mastro Fitness.

He will meet you right where you are and help you to not only set healthy, realistic goals but also guide you in reaching them. Tyson gets to know his clients and tailors each workout specific to them and that day, there is never a dull moment. He will stay with you and challenge you to do JUST ONE MORE, which is much more effective than working out on your own. You will BELONG at this gym, not just walk in the door. Mastro Fitness isn't your run of the mill gym, it's so much more.
