This is my first time using the service and despite a few speed bumps along the way (on my end mostly) I am happy with the service and support I have received so far. Knowing that I had a vacation the week before closing they were very helpful in making sure that everything I needed to have was in order before leaving so I had little to worry about while away. Charnpreet was a great help to me the whole time.

We were just about to sign an agreement to purchase our first home and we needed a lawyer quickly. My mother had just recently worked with the Real Estate Lawyers when helping with the sale of my grandparents home, so she recommended them. Working with lawyers.ca was easy yet thorough. I was provided with a easy to navigate link to fill out all the required documents. I received a follow up phone call from one of the lawyers providing further instructions and reassurance. An email was sent with regular follow ups and updates prior to the closing of the home. They offer remote signing via video conferencing and very easy to upload the necessary documents via UnityC. From a First Time Home Buyer's perspective, area of improvement could be the communication on timelines and the payment process. But overall process has been pretty seamless. Would recommend their services.

I have used realestatelawyers.ca for 2 Real Estate deals so far and the service has been outstanding. I have just purchased my 3rd property and it is the only place I think I will ever use again. Highly recommended! The services are quick, and the answers to any questions or concerns I may have had were made quickly. Even aftercare was fantastic in helping me sort out an issue where a previous property owner lied about an owned water tank and tried to skip town on his outstanding water bill.
