I use their kettlebells, gymnastic dollamur mat and athletic wear. The quality is solid and worth the money. Shipping is a big pain point and their charges are high as well.

Gorilla fitness is a Canadian company threw and threw! I love how tough the equipment is and how safe the racks are. I’ve dropped 300 lbs and the rack didn’t even notice. I would 100% buy again if I had to, but it’ll probably last my lifetime and my sons lifetime!

My first purchase from Gorila Fitness was a rack, which I thought was sturdy and well built. My second purchase was various attachments along with an adjustable bench from Gorila Fitness. The attachments are great.The adjustable bench, however, is somewhat disappointing. There is a misalignment of the adjusting member which causes a wobble and premature wear (see attached pictures), which is disappointing considering the high price point of the bench (the misalignment can temporarily be fixed by pushing the adjusting member to fit in one of the notches). I think the misalignment may have gotten worse, since my purchase. That being said, I went to a gym where I used a random bench, and the comfort (size and cushion) was not even comparable to the Gorila bench.Because of the rack, the attachments and the fact that it is all made locally in QC, I think I may purchase from them again.

I've ordered multiple pieces of equipment from this company and each time my experience has gotten worse.Initially, on the recommendation of an acquaintance, I reached out to this organization to purchase a squat rack package during COVID. This order was place in February and I did not actually receive the item for several months. While this is understandable given the nature of COVID, it was still exceedingly frustrating given the manufacturing estimate that I was provided. Additionally, the rack was shipped with: missing bolts, additional bolts that couldn't be used, no assembly instructions.My next order was basically exactly the same. I ordered two additionally branches and a bar holder. Somehow, this order took over two months to be delivered to me.My latest (and last) order was placed in May of this year. I ordered a back bracket for my squat rack to finish my rack and replacement plastic J-cups. It has already been two months and I still have not received the ordered items. (*Update* - Not only did it take more than two months to receive the items but half of the order (1/2 items) was incorrect. They did agree to get me the correct item after some negotiation. However, as the photo indicates, the alignment of the numbers on the item is off. At this point I'm too exhausted to try to get fair resolution on things)Multiple times I have been in touch with their customer service and it has been horrible. The communication has been sub-par, with gaps in communication of over a week without justification and excuses ranging from we just moved offices" to "let me check with someone".The quality of the product is okay

I placed an order for a 10 foot rig for our garage in April 2023. My first clue should have been that the website says free shipping over $200 when in fact they charged us $500 shipping on a purchase of $1,100 - plus tax….and shipping. They did provide some“Discounts” when I complained but the fact is we still have a shipping charge on our order.I’ve reached out MULTIPLE times for updates and received so many excuses. The team is busy, back ordered parts. Two weeks ago we were told it wouldbe shipped in 7 business days. That didn’t happen and my emails have gone unanswered since the 7 day mark has passed.I see the CEO reads these reviews and replies saying he will help and find a solution so I am looking to you to solve this and either provide the rig we ordered or return our money. Contacting the generic customer service email is not helpful. It’s been 3 months since we placed the order and we would really like the rig.

I got the HR90 half-rack and I love it. The build quality is excellent and I am confident this thing will last a life time. Overall I'd say Gorila's products are on par with Rogue Fitness, but with an overall lower price tag for us Canadians.

Very high quality gym equipment and great customer service. Their products are nicer than what you would find in most commercial gyms let alone a home gym. I will definitely be checking them out again if I want any more equipment.

Bought the HR90 rack. It's solidly built with easy assembly instructions and many options (colour, accessors, height adjustments, etc.). It's held up well to several years of regular use, which is a testament to the care the Gorila team clearly put into their products. Nice to have a Canadian alternative to Rogue. Merci equipe Gorila Fitness!

Felt the need to write a counter review given some of the 1 stars on here. I purchased their Kong Squat Rack, barbell, bench, plates and plate holder at the start of COVID. I've been super happy with the gear quality and circled back around a few months back for some kettle bells and some spotter arms.Canpar let them down by damaging some of this in transit but they worked with me to resolve it.I'd recommend Gorila Fitness and if you want to buy Canadian I think they are the best around!
