Poor communication leads to jobs being way over budget, just look at how far over schedule their international facilities projects at the airport is, shameful really. On top of that if you get injured at work they just lay you off which is not only illegal but highly immoral.

They are next door to us

I live in a newer large complex of 392 units contained in three buildings, and the complex is less than 10 years old, my building being the youngest, approximately six to seven years old. The community is Legacy, in the SE, and the buildings were built by Carlisle.I believe, we have five elevators, I only have access to my building which has two.Both elevators in my building have been “Out Of Service” for in excess of one to two months. Most of the residents within the building are either the elderly or parents with young families. These elevators did not go down for the same reason, but living on the fourth floor I really don’t care the reason, they have a contract. Schindler performed a site inspection before presenting their Maintenance Contract, but no service! I fear for the wellbeing of seniors and handicapped. Someone is going to have a heart attack in those stairwells, and die alone!This is soooo below the level of service we expected! I would give them a one star rating, only in the hope they rectify this mess, and covid and/or supply chain issues are no reason at this time. Safety of Residents is first!

Poor driver. Don’t drive in the road, dude. A driver has been worse driving and horn so much, I never believe that you guys work as nice for customer. If you driver the company car, a white van, PLEASE consider you can be a representative for your company. Hah!

Poor services. Wd had elevators serviced in condo complex but broke down in 10 days.

Magnificent company.
